The end of the Gira (Tour)

 

Howdy!  So I kinda like sleeping on the floor.  Last night I slept on the floor and I don't know what it was but it felt extra hard.  I slept with a t-shirt as a pillow and a towel as a blanket it took little bit to fall asleep but when I woke up I had so much energy.  I might make sleeping on the floor a habit hahaha.

We've been in the coast this week!  And it's so pretty and fun!!  But let me tell you it is very hot  but I'm still alive and it has been a ton of fun getting to know lots of missionaries and lots of different people!

This week someone I taught a year ago and then got baptized got their mission call to the Domincan Republic!!!  I can't describe how happy I was!!  It was something so cool to teach someone about the Gospel of Jesus Christ and see their testimony grow about the Restoration and now know that they're going to go teach it!  I know that this is the Church of Jesus Christ and it truly changes lives!  

I am so grateful for the Spirit.  It is such an essential gift in our lives.  If you don't know how the Spirit speaks with you or you haven't felt it in awhile I invite you to go and do what you need to do to feel the Spirit. Read the scriptures, pray, go to the church and the temple and pray daily and I promise the Spirit will have an abundant impact on your life.  I know because I have seen it in my own life and countless others!  If you need help feeling the Spirit send me a message and I'm sure I can find two nice young people with name tags in your area who can help with that

I met a monkey!

 

Howdy!  This week was great!

Something I saw a lot this week is that she Spirit truly guides us!  We had a pretty cool experience where we were walking and a member saw us and she was going through a pretty rough time.  She said she was praying for help because she felt alone and right then we showed up!  Our Heavenly Father truly knows us!

Also knocking doors we found someone with a monkey!  He was very nice and just wanted us to scratch his back hahaha.  The monkey not the person 

I'm about to finish the book of Mormon again!  As a mission we read the book of Mormon together every 6 months and we underline different subjects.  These past 6 months we've been studying about repentance!  I know with all my heart that the book of Mormon is true!  There is no doubt in my mind!

We have one week left in our tour and I have absolutely  loved doing exchanges everyday!  We get to meet so many amazing people!  I know that this is the work of the Lord!
